We currently offer shipping to Germany and Europe. Please read on to learn more about our shipping methods:

Domestic Shipping (Germany):
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options through DHL for orders within Germany.
- Estimated delivery time: Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
European Shipping:
- We provide shipping to select European countries through DHL.
- Estimated delivery time: Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
Wordwide Shipping:
- Please contact us if you would like to have your lamp shipped internationally.

For customers located near Hamburg, Germany, we offer the option to pick up your order in person.
Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email.
Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when you come to pick up your order.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to Germany and select European countries. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Customs and Duties: Orders shipped outside of Germany may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
